Our fiber optic connection has now been down for several weeks twice. Despite submitting a ticket, Glasfaser Deutschland offered no help. Only when we called Redemann, even though they had nothing to do with our installation, did we receive very friendly and helpful assistance. The employee forwarded our case to Glasfaser through their channels, and a technician came and resolved the problem. A few days later, the employee followed up to check if the issue was resolved. Excellent service! Thank you!

In an emergency, they arrived on-site within minutes, immediately resolved any issues, and always provided expert advice. This isn't the first time. Furthermore, the staff are very friendly, and the owners are great too. And in the end, the bill was fair. Just what you want.

We had a problem with a piece of technical equipment. A solder joint on a connector needed to be repaired. We received incredibly fast and competent help. This allowed us to continue operating the device and avoided an expensive replacement. True sustainability in action. Thank you so much!

A truly fantastic specialist shop, and it's a shame I didn't go there sooner. Whether it's for video transmission, special adapters needed quickly for an event (at Redemanns, I just had to reach off the shelf for something I would have painstakingly searched for online), or rare CB radio antennas that the owner had in stock (what other shop of this kind still has the required lambda/2 antennas in stock at such a great price?) – simply brilliant! The owner's wife provides expert advice, and when it comes to the more unusual items, the owner goes the extra mile. The selection is superb. From retro-design portable radios with DAB to tube amplifiers: you'll find what you need. Highly recommended, even for connoisseurs!
